By installing, accessing, or using any game developed by u/JuggernautKey168 ("the Game" or "our Games"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

  • Leaderboard data is stored indefinitely unless you request deletion
  • Local storage data is controlled by your browser and can be cleared anytime

4.5 Data Deletion

To request removal of your data from the leaderboard, contact the developer through Reddit.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated bots or scripts to play the game

  • Submit false or manipulated scores to the leaderboard

  • Repeated violations may result in removal from the leaderboard

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Game's code, design, and assets are owned by the developer
  • The 2048 game concept is based on the original 2048 game by Gabriele Cirulli
  • All visual designs and glassmorphism effects are original work

6.2 User Rights

  • You retain no ownership rights to the Game

  • Screenshots and gameplay videos for personal use are permitted

11.2 Leaderboard Integrity

  • The developer reserves the right to remove suspicious scores
  • Scores may be verified or audited at any time
  • Cheating or manipulation will result in immediate removal

11.3 No Prizes or Rewards

  • The leaderboard is for entertainment purposes only
  • No prizes, monetary rewards, or incentives are offered
  • Rankings confer no rights or benefits

12. Children's Privacy

  • The Game does not knowingly collect data from children under 13
  • Reddit's age restrictions apply
  • Parents/guardians should supervise children's use of Reddit and this Game

13. Termination

13.1 By User

You may stop using the Game at any time by:

  • Uninstalling the app from your subreddit
  • Clearing your browser's local storage
  • Requesting data deletion

13.2 By Developer

The developer may terminate or suspend access to the Game:

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For maintenance or technical reasons
  • At any time, for any reason, with or without notice

14. Governing Law
